This is a data entry job, it is offered on an ongoing basis.
The person(s) selected will receive voicemail wav files via email which must be entered into our web based CRM application. NEW ACCOUNT, UPDATES to ACCOUNTS with address and contact names are the types of records you will receive in each voicemail. Knowledge of the ENGLISH language is a must a test for English language proficiency is required.
-About 80 records per day will be emailed.
-User must have high-speed internet access (required)
-Entry must be completed on a daily basis after 8pm US time.
-A list of required fields must be entered, if the voicemail does not provide the necessary fields an email must be sent to the person for clarification. Subsequent re-entry of voicemail with all fields is mandatory. No voicemail must be discarded without entry.
-Quality is more important than speed or quantity. You can work at your own pace but work must be completed each night.
We accept quotes per voicemail (numbers will vary from 10 to 80 each day),on a weekly basis or monthly basis for this task.
