I have over 25 years of business experience, mostly in the information technology industry. During this time, I was employed by IBM, E&Y, KPMG as well as smaller organizations. In all these roles, I had a customer service focus, either sales, support or consulting in helping clients implement or troubleshoot their installations. As a Senior English speaking individual, I have been told that i have a most excellent manner in explaining technology to people and I am continuously providing ad hoc support to people for their technology systems. With a background in sales, I have a customer service orientation and in all organizations i have worked in, I often am called upon to troubleshoot systems issues. Professionals must have extensive experience in identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features, analyzing and reporting product malfunctions and more. We are ready to take up the job. We have in-house team of 2 to 8+ years experienced custom support professionals. Our professionals have extensive experience of providing customer support services for wide range of software and are well versed in assisting potential or existing customers/clients before, during and after a purchase of product and service with their relevant questions and suggesting information about other products and services as well. Extensive experience in taking orders, processing returns, and updating customer information in the customer service database during and after each communication. Apart from this, the best practice we do is that we do log/save questions which are not answered in provided protocols, FAQs and database of questions and answers. Later, we do request to the concerned person to make us available with answers of saved questions or allow us to provide logical reply to gain regular business and to satisfy customers and maintain company reputation.
