Training Event Customer Service - repost

Hi, corporate training company requires freelancers to work on training event projects basis. job role includes but not exhaustive:

1. arrive early at training room to greet participants

2. ensure participants sign the attendance list

3. MAY have to pick foreign trainers from hotel lobby and escort them to the training place

4. ensure food catered arrives and set up on time

5. ensure training materials delivered are in place

6. any other things that the trainers might require
