I need to measure 13 points in inches on an image. There will be different image resolutions uploaded to a server and it will be the app's job to allow an operator to put 13 points on an image and get the measurement from point 1 to 2 in inches, point 3 to 4 in inches, etc... The 13 points will be added manually by the operator. There will also be some adjustments needed made on the image. This will require cropping the image and rotating on an axis point. <attached> is a sketch as to what is needed from the web based app.
