PSD to [login to view URL] Template

I need a [url removed, login to view] expert. I have a simple clean layout already completely designed as a PSD. I need this turned into a template on [url removed, login to view] that will format all blog posts to look the same as the they do in the PSD I provide.

The layout is very clean and simple:

- header image

- side column with categories and links

- main central posts column with options for 1 or 2 column grid for images.

The most important part is that this template will allow me to post images using the [url removed, login to view] CMS and format them correctly and easily. This is a basic blog, but need it put together asap!
