Fix Bootstrap Scrollspy/Affix Layout

Hello,

I have built a website with Bootstrap and a template called "Grove".

I have three issues I need your help with:

1) The area at the top and the side navigation should not move while the rest of the page is scrolled (see page 1 of the attached PDF)

2) The side navigation should have a scrollspy that react on the content to its right (see page 2 of the attached PDF)

3) The side navigation should not move into the footer when the bottom of the page is reached (see page 3 of the attached PDF)

I already tried to implement it, but I can't get the scrollspy get to work in this setup.

Please note: it is mandatory that you stay in the standard of Bootstrap and the Grove template. No new frameworks, tools, etc. please.
