Create a simple c++ Windows Service (not c#, nor .NET) that could be accessed from a gui application in c++ (MFC) to send commands and receive responses to it (json format, using e.g. boost library) using Named Pipes (or whatever you think it is better and secure to do it). I need the source code in visual studio project and/or cmake format with the skeleton that implements a simple command. The gui app will have a context menu item to send the command.

This project is worth 2500 EUR however I can make it for 1200. I will use pure Win32 C++. No C#, .NET. The service will invoke the client with the context menu by calling a Win32 command and they will both reside under the same Visual Studio project.
