Create a password protected screen locker application for Windows with the following requirements:\r\n\r\n- All actions besides the password input should be disabled, such as the Windows key, ctrl + alt + del, task manager, etc.\r\n- It must be compatible with the Microsoft Surface on-screen keyboard.\r\n- The application should be built using the Windows Desktop C++ API.\r\n- It must be compatible with Windows 8+, including Windows 10.\r\n- You must provide both the 32 and 64 bit executable along with the source code.\r\n- You must sign a Contribuitor License Agreement allowing us to open source the code.
