Wordpress - fix issues - open to bidding

The purpose is to improve the quality of the site.

1) The Homepage: Please check the attached file, where it describes that I want some certain things to happen. Firstly, I would like the logo to be a little bit bigger(slightly) and also the same applies for the social buttons on the right top.

Secondly, I would like to have the ability to form the main body of the homepage. So, I would like the first category to be in 2 column (posts) the 2nd and the 3rd with 4 as it is with 4 columns and the last with 2. Because I am not sure yet that this will work, I would like to have the ability to select if I want 2 or 4 or maybe 3 and of course to select the size of the photos etc..

2) Page: I have pages and I want in them to have 2 columns for each post and not one post below the other. But when I open the post I want to be able to read the post as it is now....

Also the mailpoet plugin and the contact form plugin I would like to be in blue color (the box)

Finally, I would like at the end of every post some tags to be appeared.

Also, if you could suggest any minor changes with the design of the site in order to improve the quality and make it a little bit more "clean" it would be appreciated.
