High Converting Landing Pages & Sales Pages

I am selling my own products through a sales funnel, and need an expert to help me convert traffic to sales in the real estate market. The initial offer is for a $5 e-book, "Top Secrets of Quick Home Sales" and those who buy should immediately receive an upsell offer for a 12 week e-course for $147. Those who buy the ecourse should receive an offer for an upsell to a coaching service for $1197 for 12 weeks. Those in the coaching service will be offered "Inner Circle Coaching" for $2700 per month. In each case, I also need exit popups for offers on exit. For example, if they don't buy the $5 ebook the exit offer would be to sign up for my free newsletter. I have currently got 25 websites mostly Wordpress on my own domain names. My job is to create content, links and traffic. So I need an established experienced person or company to get my traffic to convert to sales at all levels of my funnel. The bid is to create the landing page, sales pages, for upsells, etc. for one Wordpress site. If that goes well then we will expand to other sites. I'm interested in price, but even more interested in guaranteed results. Price is not as important as value and quality work that results in conversions. Please leave PM with questions.
