I am starting my own company and creating a consulting website, specifically on Training and Development. T&D can also be categorized as Learning and Development and others. Some other industry key terms are Training document development, training document creation, elearning, Talent Management, Executive coaching, etc. This bid request is for the first of 20 freelance ghostwritten articles about Customer Service Training Sales Training Training content development or the development of training content Training facilitation skills or How to be an effective facilitator Talent Management Leadership Training Call center training and others... You will need to do the necessary research, and write the articles yourself. The articles must be of a high quality, suitable for submission to the article directories as well as content for a website. You also must be willing to revise your articles at no additional charge if I am not happy with any of them. I expect the pricing to be about $0.01 to $0.06 per word for each article depending on the complexity and content. (I expect I will pay somewhere around $40 or less for this first article and negotiate a better price for others on a different bid posting. I will pay a bonus if I am extremely satisfied.) I expect you to be in constant contact with me, and keeping me in the loop at all times. You will need to have to have a MSN or yahoo messenger account. (You must be online pretty often so we can communicate if necessary.) In addition to the bonus, if I am extremely satisfied, there are more writing projects in the future. ## Deliverables Please send some samples of your work - especially in the topic areas above, and answer the following questions: 1) How long have you been writing articles, and on what topics? 2) How many articles have you personally written? 3) How long does it take you on average to write an article when the concept is foreign to you?
