Political Writing Project

On Feb 17th, 2007 a personal friend of mine was murdered and to this day his murder remains unsolved. Since he was an activist, at which he was at odds against the local authorities, I highly suspect that the local authorities are not motivated to bring to justice his murders. I hope to have everything ready by the anniversary date of his death. This project will consist of writing and research. I need a professional writer to write the following: 1) A very persuasive letter that will be sent to PR News and other media outlets. 2) A series of template letters that will be sent to various political officials and people in power. These letters will be distributed to various Internet outlets and be used as a writing campaign. On the research side I need the following: Emails of people in power to send emails to. ie district attorney, governor, mayor.... I also need the most affective way to distribute the Press Release. I know there are some very talented people out there and I hope that someone with writing skills will be intriqued by this project. Only people that use English as their 1st language need to apply. If you wish to find out more about my friend you may click here: <[login to view URL]> ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
