Main Duties Answering calls for the exams call centre and dealing with enquiries. If necessary forward calls to relevant team members within the Exams Team. Answering Emails for enquiries- expected standard is all emails are answered within 48 hours. Effective, courteous, appropriate and timely communication (written, telephone and face to face) with the candidates. Work with other departments to provide Exams Services and activities with opportunities to have wider experience So, an ideal candidate should know 3 languages, which I do. Have a high score in IELTS, which I do. I have a work experience in a related sphere, I worked as an interpreter and translator from English for a foreign company. Based on these few qualities and above mentioned requirements, I need someone to write a short personal statement about why I should qualify for this job position, and how I'm going to implement the above mentioned responsibilities.
