I'm looking for Digital Marketers and Copywriters in any country, of all ages and backgrounds. Digital Marketer Requirements: - Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. - Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website. - Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns via Facebook Ad Manager - Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC. - Overseeing the social media strategy for the company. - Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness. - Managing the redesign of the company website. - Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website - Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing - Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data. - Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. Copywriter Requirements: - Interpreting account briefs. - Researching clients, their competitors and the target audience - Producing original, clear and credible ideas/messages/scripts, and presenting these to clients and colleagues - Monitoring campaign effectiveness alongside digital marketers. - Liaising with clients and colleagues, and meeting project teams to consider advertising requirements - Updating and amending campaigns according to feedback - Writing reports/summaries for clients evaluating their campaign/social media. - No educational experience required (college degree etc). - Hustle, accountability + a drive. - Even if you're not a pro, apply anyway.

To drive traffic or ultimately sales, do you prefer 1. google/bing adwords...that generate sales directly from very first days. 2. Other option is to go for social media campaigns (post and boosts in target region). 3. Third is SEO...which is not much workable in e-stores websites with products 4. Apart from it, other ways donot generate organic and real targeted traffic (affiliate marketing etc) 5. Hope all make sense...what you prefer. our MCC account itself is 8 years old with having billing of $30k monthly Internet Marketing can you suggest, how much you can invest in marketing.. Phew, Wow! Such a lengthy read! Ok, so i had to take all the time to read through your job brief just so i get a very very clear understanding of your digital marketing needs before deciding whether or not i could be the best man for the job. So, for starters i felt inadequate (except for the fact that you also require a prolific copywriter for which i surely fit the billing) and that is because my digital marketing/ social networking skill is not so honed yet and that kind of got me aback a bit. But when i do to the end i noticed there was still a remote chance of an exciting working relationship still. I have a decade long experience in media practice, 1st and 2nd degrees in Mass Communication with over three years copywriting experience. Ok, for Digital Marketing, i actually have two Facebook page for which i have carried out Facebook Ads before and at least i know my way around that, so i guess i am not so much of a novice thogh.
