Help with my Computer/Laptop/Device

I am going crazy , i have a Huge  amount of  inconsistencies  showing in my google / facebook / other internet  activities  And i cant get  to the  bottom of it  using  internet  forums such as productforums,[login to view URL]  etc I cant  get  / find the answers to the questions i have I need  to talk / live chat  with support to unravel  the  mess 1 example ( photo 1/2 ) This morning i posted a question to the translate forum ,my First ever Q !! ---  it posted , but  based on the views and lack of response , i dont  think its  visible to anybody  bar me I  then got a error report when trying to post another Q - (photo enclosed )- about  "maximum posts reached  etc - please  try later " Searching the error showed very little results , and i found  i was NOT ABLE TO ASK ANOTHER Q , Or  post any  comment/ reply to any  result in any  product forums . google   help pages  -- eg  translate/ chrome help / Google apps for work /  --- None  ( not  even  my own original question can be  edited or commented on by me )  So effectively after posting  1 question  ( asking for help )  -- i am  now  locked  / barred / prevented from accessing any help from  Google  " help  "  pages 2 example ( photo 3/4/5) Google Toolbox doesnt seem to  be logical [login to view URL] In  Chrome it says  clock is in sync ( when its 7 hours  behind my devices time ( and i have my device time checked as correct etc ) Or it  will  show  its  10000  odd seconds  "not in sync " if i run the test  again -??????? And the  chrome app is updated -- Note (But i Dont have  a browser  " reset "  option  in the browser  advanced  settings -- as described  in chrome  help - Is my browser hijacked  ????  -- And using  the  exact  address for the toolbox  in Firefox --  Browserinfo Shows  the  the  Correct  time   as the device Its illogical - and frustrating , and stressful -- i have  a genuine  security issue currently ( with a local criminal thug, (with a warped personal vendetta with me it seems)---   that has targeted me  online before / broke into my house 3 times / and is Still Trying  to locate  me  ( i had to  move house in march  because  of him ) And i cant tell if the  many inconsistencies  are  down to  outside interference  from  him ( hacking / man in middle  style etc ) OR  just  tech  issues  (but  i am no tech geek) , but neither am i stupid  - and there is something  wrong  , somewhere with  my internet  activity  ( and  i spend  frustrating hours every day going around  in circles , without  any  success or  respite  - ) I am  living  in a hellish world of paranoia  because of this ******************************************************************* I need some type of live support that i can contact as issues arise and  get  solved  ( preferably chat , as a screenshot can explain better than i can describe  )  ******************************************************************* Pls advice FOR A HUMAN  CONTACT ,---  NOT  ANOTHER  LINK TO ANOTHER HELP  PAGE 《Look at  photo 6 -- this is the type  of inconsistencies / questions  about --   I am seeing / That i need  to  Get  answered  》 THANK YOU  MARTIN
