Basic rule of major project costing - civil 60% mechanical 30% electrical 10%. Its way too easy for civils, mechs and others to overlook the fact: No electricity = No lights. On the flip side most field engineers, lead hands, tradees and other grunts don't see how their "that's not my problem" is their problem. Its called being on a team and any problem is OUR problem. Good day I have supported the delivery of more than 50 projects, but in recent times also been completing numerous project audits. An example was the development of new CRM applications for a regional bank, where I was tasked to review scope, finances, completion rate, and project risk factors for senior management. I am skilled in all project stages, so would like to discuss your requirements on audit requirements. I am currently not working, so flexible with time requirements. My day rate reflect that I am setting up my own practice, so happy to discuss detailed scope requirements with you. My final deliverable typically includes a report covering all the scope areas you require, as well as any administrative assistance needed.
