We would like to create a chatbot with Chat Gpt4
The form should look like this:

As you can see in the demo, we did 2 years ago with Watson, we have FAQ and Keyword recognition method. Of course, this chatbot could not work if faced with many similar inquiries/keywords in the "decision tree".
What we want for the new Chat Bot is
1. To be able to import with an Excel the "knowledge base" which is separated in Categories/Subcategories/Answers
2. When a user asks a question with a keyword that belongs to many categories/answers, in order, for the bot gives the correct answer,
we WANT to show only the FAQ buttons related to subcategories that will help the chatbot to give correct answer.
The bot will do that only when it sees that there are more than 1 answer.
So for example if a user writes "forgot password", since the keyword "Password" exists in more than 1 category then the bot should put 2 buttons:
'Web Check In' and 'Already an Affiliate'?
The user will then click on the button they want and receive the correct answer.
Like that if the user clicks:
- on 'Web Check In, the answer will be 'In case you lost your password for the check in, you will have to go to the following page and put your email'
- on 'Already and Affiliate', the answer will be 'If you cannot find your login details, and you do not have the e-mail sent to you upon registering'
We are attaching also a wireframe so that you understand the logic.
3. Maybe the ChatGPT will allow achieving point (2) easily. You will need to tell us
4. Finally, once achieved the above, we want to integrate the chatbot with WhatsApp or Messenger
In order, we choose your profile
a. you will need to send us in PM examples of online chatbots made with ChatGPT. (we do not want Git, we do not want ZIP. We want URLs and tell us what the bot is related to so we can test it. In case you have signed an NDA and can't share the links, no point to send your offer!!!!!!!!!!)
b. you will need to explain to us how you will deal with point 2 of the above description.
c. you will need to explain to us which programming language you will use and what will be the implementation steps.
As small demo project should be accomplished before payment.
