Some of my models was printed, cutted with CNC machine, used in VR. Also I have experience in prototyping. Hi I will give you a complete Bluetooth (wireless) headphone solution that includes the complete prototyping of the electronics, the product design and the other extras you were looking for (text-to-speech for common instructions etc.) As for weather maps - i am not sure how you want this (or why it would interest an autistic child either) but if you offer your ideas on this, im sure we can work out a good solution for it too. We have direct experience working with autistic children as well, so we know how they can react to such devices and that means we stress-test the prototype and enhance it, and can also test out the feasibility of the ideas directly on them to fine tune the design and offer a product that can essentially meet the demands of a wider autistic group.
