Multiple 3D drawings: create in Soldworks output IGS files

We need line 2D line art images drawn imported into in Solidworks, and a 3D solid created which will then be output as IGS files. We will then convert these to CAM and cut in mold bases. The piece sizes will range from 15-20mm X 15-20mm. Thickness of the parts will be a maximum of 5MM and a minimum of 2mm. We will have an initial round of 4 sets of 8 drawings, with a follow up ( 2-4 weeks) of another 64 drawings. Artistic interpretation is required and this piece is more art than engineering but this must be created in Solidworks. Programs which create 3D surface images which output in STL files are problematic and therefore will not be considered. The work will be handed off in groups of 8 designs, please make your bid for 8 pieces. Further instructions will follow.
