WPF Dark Theme alike 'Visual Studio 2017 Dark'

Build a theme (a resource template) for WPF application that will make it look like 'Visual Studio 2017 Dark Theme' - attached image.
It shall support:
- AvalonDock docking library - look like VS 2017 Dark
- custom title bar (if necessary) to look like VS 2017 Dark
- Toolbars - look like VS 2017 Dark
- StatusBar - look like VS 2017 Dark
Test applicaton shall be a WPF app with AvalonDock, some basic controls (sliders, buttons, textboxes, listview, treeview, checkbox, radiobutton), Memu bar, Toolbar and Status bar
