Pickup Unfinished Project Requires SQL, .NET , Amazon MWS Knowledge -- 2

I have a project that is 70 percent finished but developer was unable to continue.

To complete and release this project to server it requires to have the following knowledge:

-SQL database creation and management

- .NET as it is a web application

- Amazon MWS API submit, received, pull required data

- PDF document construction

- C# - the cmd app on back end

- Pulling data from Cipherlab 8400 mobile scanner into Web application

- Creation of schedulers

- Deployment of app to web-server

I'm looking for a Freelancer with full time availability who can put in long hours into application and finish it quickly. My estimation to finish the development is :

1-2 days to go over existing code

5-8 days for coding

2-3 days testing and bug fixing

1 day to deploy

Description of application:

The application is a Web app that is utilized to create and manage Amazon Seller central shipment Plan preparation and is utilized by workers in warehouse to create/ edit / finalize shipment plans.

Functionality already developed:

- Create New shipment plan

- Add/edit/remove Skus from shipment plan

- Print product labels for SKUs

- Print Shipment labels

- Add/ Edit / Delete users

Functionality needs to be developed:

- API calls to Amazon to create shipment plan

- Create Scheduler to download report from amazon and get Plan ID

- Implement Shipment plan Statuses depending on the stages of the plan

- Add functionality of Cancel/delete shipment plan and sync condition with Amazon if possible to accomplish

- Pallet label construction in PDF - includes API calls to amazon to get information on the shipment plus constructing from values entered by user.

- Cross browser testing - need the app to work on Chrome, Firefox, IE.

- minor bug fixing and adjustments from previously developed code
