Help me finish an algo for CTrader

I am in need of a developer to help me create a C# program that works with Ctrader. I'm lost even where to look so any guidance is greatly appreciated. I'm looking for someone who will be able to hop on a zoom call with me so we can co-create this project. I have around 200 non-comment lines of code so far and need around 400-600 in total (there are comments in the code already don't worry) that I have created with another programmer but he recently got hired by a large company and no longer has time to help me. I have taken several coding classes but only one on Udemy for C# so I don't feel like I will be able to finish the project by myself.
