Develop BLE Communication For Windows Forms in C#

I am creating a program in Windows Forms, and I need to get data from a BLE capable Arduino 101. I am able to get the Arduino to have the data available to be read from a computer, but I have extremely little knowledge with C#, which is what I'm using for the functionality in my Windows Forms application. What I need is someone to write some code that I can use in my Windows Forms application to get the [url removed, login to view] being sent via Bluetooth from the Arduino and write it to variables. Ideally, also, there would be code to select the correct Bluetooth device to check data from, in this case an Arduino.
