Hi there, The requirements look quite clear and straightforward to implement. First of all, about the outlook version this should support; with office365 if you mean outlook web app, aka OWA or outlook online, obviously that's not possible. After all add-in is supposed to access local folders/files and run programs. You can't do that from a web page, that'd be a terrible thing from security point of view. If you want to be able to that there should be another local program acting like a middleware and a web server. Then, add-in would communicate with this program over http and make the program do its bidding locally. But if there'll be several users of that add-in you'd need to install that program to each users machine individually since the database you intend to use is not a central one but rather in-memory. That scenario is rather complex so I won't get into details any further. If it's ok to support only desktop version then we'll create it as a vsto/com add-in. On outlook startup tab delimited data will be loaded into memory from searchDataFolder. When the users opens an email and click on the add-in button on ribbon the dialog will be opened. You have mentioned that sender email must be cross matched against the list in database but I'm not sure what's the purpose of tab delimited data in this case. Besides that, I just need to see mentioned dll and functions to call from there. I'm planning to use c# to create this and it'll take 7 days at most, thanks.

Hello, I can write the dialog using .Net addin. From you I need sketch of the dialog, or at least list of fields with data types. I assume all the fields would be of simple type (text, numbers, data) and do not require to use or to develop any complex controls. I assume that all the data would be taken from user, and no functionality needed to obtain initial data options (for example, to show in a combo-box). I hope that the dll to pass data to would be provided, and it would be possible to do all the test in separate environment (in my dev lab).
