Hi there, Your requirement is quite clear and straightforward to implement so no questions. User will be able to add a file or folder(the files in it) for tracking, define X amount of days threshold. In case a files' last modification date exceeds the defined threshold a pop up will appear in tray. Also an email will be sent to the registered email address. Whatsapp is tricky to handle since there's no official API only hacks so it won't be in the program. Also to send email notifications you'll need to set a sender email account otherwise we'd need an email server and that'd just be an overkill. I'm planning to use c# and winforms to implement the program. Minimum supported OS will be Windows 7. I expect this to be ready within 24 hours. Please let me know if you have any questions.
