Parse Word Document Table to json/excel

I have a long document,each page of the document is like the attached. Each page only has 1 think like the attached on each page. I need a console app, webpage or tool to be able to send a document to this thing and it output valid json of the parts of each table. As a secondary output I want an excel sheet with everything except the image. (we can discuss how to handle the html part). For the image we can discuss, I either want a dir of images with reference to them or a base64 of it with the rest of the data. The data we need are the values in each of the cells of the table FileID EMITemplate: Alt Text Content Image The content will often need to be formatted in better html. When I copy and paste from word in to ckeditor i notice it does a good job of killing the weird/styles and mso tags etc..and just gives me nice structure html. I would like your app to do this programmatically. Tell me specifically what you plan to do to solve this task. Assume some documents will be 20 pages and others 250 pages. Maybe mention if you can thread the app so it will be fast and not page by page.
