The bidder need to provide proof and experience in STM32F030 and using stm32cubemx and keil. The job is to write a firmware to interface dmm ES51988 and related relays, data will be transmitted to the master controller via optocoupled SPI interface. Config files will be provided.
Job must be done using :

Hi. I read the datasheet ES51988. This dmm IC don’t have SPI interface. It have only serial output line (TX line of the RS-232 interface). So you can just read data from that dmm. Is it acceptable for you?
