2 Randomizer Programs For .xt Files

I need 2 programs. 1. One program will take a folder of 3 to 5 .txt files and randomnly create versions of the paragraphs. Each file will have the same number of paragraphs designated by a blank line. Example: Let's say there are 3 .txt files with 8 paragraphs each. The program will randomnly spit out mixed and matched .txt files totalling 8 paragraphs. Each of the 8 paragraphs will be made up from the 3 .txt file paragraphs. 2. Similar program This program will do the same thing. But it will be working on sentences. A sentence is designated by a ( . ! ? ) period - quotation mark - question mark It may be 3 to 5 .txt files with up to 1000 sentences each. It will randomnly pick a sentence in order form the 3-5 .txt files that are placed in a folder. 1. All Possible 2. minimum 5 sentences uniqe per output 3. minimum 10 sentences uniqe per output 4. minimum 15 sentences uniqe per output 5. minimum 20 sentences uniqe per output ## Deliverables I need 2 programs. 1. Output File 1st paragrpah i 2nd paragrpah b etc etc s t m f o x The catch: The program should have a few radio buttons that will alter randomization. 1. All Possible 2. minimum 2 paragraphs different per output 3. minimum 3 paragraphs different 4. minimum 4 paragraphs different 5. minimum 5 paragraphs different I have attached 3 articles with the same number of paragraphs and an example output in the format it would be created. 2. Obviously the higher the minimum number of outputs for both programs, the less total output .txt files will be created. I am willing to pay you a bonus if you can bang these out fast.
