iPhone - audio recording triggered by user talking

Hi,

Looking for someone who can help build a system that does the following:

1. record audio when user starts talking as aif file

2. stop recording when user stops talking and plays the audio back

3. Also need to help me integrate into my project when the functionality is done. (Step by step README to integrate to a new XCode iPhone project might work)

Here is the catch. The audio needs to be super precise and works in loud environment. Shooting for Talking Tom precision, minus the cartoon voice. Anything less Talking Tom precision doesn't work. (e.g 0.2 seconds missing audio at the beginning or end of audio isn't good enough)
