Convert/Create Batch (.bat) command for Windows from linux example

I require a windows batch file to run a command using a program called NConvert. it's a command line imaging process program, i require someone to convert this linux command below into a working version for windows.

The linux command basically converts images for .eps and .ai in subfolders to jpg with width of 800 while maintaing height ratio.
