Unity3D characters, animation, controls, basic AI

im making a game in Unity3D engine (For PC), its kinda "zombie survival" game. i need main "hero" and 3-5 different "zombies" with fairly smooth animations and controls. Quality of models dont have to be too high, more important is that animations are good and everything works good. "zombies" must have basic AI: they chase you and try to kill you.. so what do i exactly want: (in order of importance) ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************* 1. "Hero" i want you to make main character. it must be controlled in 3rd person view with "mouse orbit" script. Hero must have basic handgun that you can shoot in the center of the screen there must be crosshair (*look picture*) where gun shoots at and what you can aim with. Hero's animations idle, walk, (w,a,s,d keys) run, (shift) jump, (space) shoot, (shoots with pistol, mouse1 key) fall down (falls down and dies when health is 0) *Hero should look like soldier with "gasmask themed" with backpack (*look picture*) *Hero needs to have health (he get damaged when zombies hit him) ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************* 2. "zombies" i want you to make at least 3 different zombies, fully animated. they dont have any guns, they try to hit you with hands. they should have animations like: idle, walk, run, attak (hitting with hands), falling down (dead/killed) zombies AI Zombies must have some kind of FOV and distance where they can see Hero, when Hero enters that field the zombies start running towards hero and when they get close enough they attack. Causing health damage to hero. *it would be good if you could also make a AI where zombie wonders around the map looking for hero, and avoids collision objects infront of him(walls,terrain,etc). *When zombie gets hit with bullets theyr health dereases and when health is 0 they fall down and die.(animation) *Zombies appearance is up to you (they dont have to be too stereotypical zombie) ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************* 3. "scene stuff" * I want you also to make system for spawning zombies. example make few spawnpoints where zombies spawn after some time intervals, or when i press certain button the new zombies spawn. or even make some kind of menu for that. *for main Hero i also want spawning point (when health gets to 0 Hero respawns at spawn point ) ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************* Thats it for now, i hope it is not too complicated to create. hope you understand me, english is not my first language. it would be good if you want to work more on that game, but im just 20 years old with basic paying job so i dont have much money to pay :)
