Need breakdown of jar of pickles of ingredients into formula from lable

I wish to produce a pickle line. I have the label with ingredients. but i need the breakdown of how much is there of this or that to make the pickles. I need to know where to have manufacutured in Southern Calif and what glass jars. Can i put them into plastic jars with sealed lids by a manufacturer company. i will pay upon full completion of project and tasting of your pickle recipe. thank you
