Need an experienced commercial building engineer to review plans for expanding plumbing systems in 30 unit building to accommodate washer and dryer. Also need review of dryer venting design. Deliverable would include a written attestation of viability of design. Project is in South Minneapolis MN and will require a walk through of building. I don't need a design created only review of existing and recommendations for improvement or how to make sure it meets code.
