I am currently seeking a proficient architect or planner who can adroitly alter an already approved residential apartment scheme. The modifications will include:
- Increasing the number of units in the estate, specifically by adding an extra 40 units.
- Executing changes in the interior layout to host the additional units.
I have attached the second floor plan as an indication of the intensification required
Preference will be given to candidates who have had experience in conceptualizing, designing and modifying residential layouts. Familiarity with architectural software and building regulations is crucial. As is the ability to be creative and efficient in using space to increase accommodation without compromising on quality.
