3-D Floor plan, Internal and External Renders of multi-level units.

Note there is likely going to be more work to follow but to start with we will be only be needing a quote for 1 unit, which is unit 21.
Please look at all files (photos, plans and dwg file) first, to make sure you can read it and are comfortable being able to do the project.
We require (unit 21):
-3D Floor plan of all floors.
-External renders
-1 internal render from the living room - looking out the sliding doors - showing off the view. (View will be looking over the development complex – as per plans) overlooking all the existing properties and the ocean on the horizon. (Have included a photo – Note the old factory is going to be demolished and replaced with the development complex – as per the plans)
-1 internal render on the alfresco showing off the view – (view as per above)
-1 internal render from Bedroom 1 - looking at the sliding doors over the balcony - showing off the view. (View as per above, except a higher level, therefore much better/higher view of the oceans)
I also need an External Render of the whole complex, specifically the view from the street scape.
