Newbie Article Writers Needed - repost 2

I have already hired a writer and is working with her comfortably. Now, the work load is getting high and I am in need of one more versatile writer. Newbies with good language skills are welcome. We have lots of work. People from Bangladesh and Pakistan may not apply. I prefer native speakers or someone with good language skills from Philippines or other countries. I know getting your first job is not that easy. Newbies looking to get a good start and good review may only apply. I could only pay $1.2/every article of 500-700 words. Bid only if you can work a trial project for this. I can guide you through the whole writing process at the beginning, but you should be confident to write on any topics I prefer and all articles should be passing Copyscape. That means strictly no copy-pasting. Bid $96 for 80 articles in this project. Completion date should be 120 days. Bid only if you can respond to my messages at-least twice a day during the work. That means morning or evening, whatever time you prefer, I don't care. But should be responding to my messages at-least within 12 hrs. Milestones will be paid for first 10 articles and then for 20 articles each thereafter.
