DeFi description and advise requested

We're consultants for a fintech company approaching the blockchain Industry. Right now DeFi is the name of the game, and many are deciding to create DeFi projects. In our view DeFi may be great but requires deep knowledge, therefore, as a first step, we decide to select our team by demonstration of knowledge and capability. Of course we don't do for free but we'll award to best offer we select.

What we require:

1. Full, clear description of DeFi and possible applications. We don't need lectures. We need to understand that who is talking really knows DeFi and its implications. Facts win over Theory that we can read everywhere.

2. Ideas of possible intriguing solution to introduce in the market. Again, facts and not theory. We don't have a budget problem. But we'll use it only on clear, demonstrable projetcs. Therefore we'd like to hears solution that would enable us to offer DeFi to anyone.

The company we represent

it is a blockchain fintech reality that will be listed on different exchanges on September 30. They have their wallet with access to their own decentralized Cryptoexchange. They bring to the market a disruptive solution with a System to generate 1% monthly return at absolute zero risk trading. This is what we'll have anyone who will buy a second token on the market they are going to list (will be a stabe token, in order to reduce risk of capital to zero. Trading is only arbitrage trading with an impressive technology given by major worldwide partner.

As can be easily understood, the company is already activating a decentralized exchange. But it trying to understand how to offer a real DeFi overall solution, including its 0%risck/1% return offer.
