Biztalk Upgrade / Migration

I'm looking for a solution architect who has expertise with upgrading Biztalk to 2016 version on Azure cloud, migration of apps from BizTalk to Logica Apps on Azure Cloud etc. This person should have excellent presentation and communication skills and able to turn around faster at short notice and be available for calls with end clients when needed. Initial work will be only few hours like 4 to 8 hours max. Once the solution proposal is accepted, it will be a long term relationship.
