Subject property is in Hillsborough , N J 08844 I have an existing deck and would like to add pavilion on top. 20X20 I have done most the work but need following: 1. Architectural drawing must list on each page NJAC 5:23 Chapter 6 and 2015 IRC N.J 2. Calculation must include -- wind speed calculation , uplift , snow load, soil bearing capacity 3. Construction detail should also include nail pattern, lumber connection 4. Sono tube foundation are 8 inch diameter and extending below frost level as per our memory . Current deck was constructed 27 years ago and still standing in good condition. Please provide a cost for you to prepare drawings and timeline
