We need help with measure and sketch a few properties in South Florida. Some are in Palm Beach county and others in Broward county. We look for local people that can drive and do the job, and later give us a clear sketch or plan of the interior of the properties. We don't have plans to upload, but we will provide survey with boundaries of the building and pictures if necessary.

Architectural associate in the path of licensure. Currently working with a licensed architect located in South Florida, Bruce & Bruce, Inc. Currently working on as-built drawings for residential projects, which display current conditions of the house, physically visiting the site and taking measurements to then create AutoCAD drawings for later use. Price is negotiable based on the amount of sites I need to visit and taking my overhead into consideration. I have some sample work to showcase my skills.
