Deck & House Renovation Engineer Needed

I am looking for a licensed structural engineer in California who could assist me in designing a large hillside deck (greater than 500 sq ft). The deck will be made out of a mix of wood and composite materials.
In addition, I need the engineer to examine the framing of my existing house, as I intend to move both load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls. Your professional advice and guidance will be crucial to ensuring the structural integrity of our home remains intact.
A current soils report is available as a reference. As such, your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
* Providing a stamped design for the hillside deck.
* Examining the framing of the existing house and proposing feasible locations for moving walls.
The ideal candidate for this job should have these skills:
* Licensed California structural engineer.
* Experience in designing and planning decks, particularly on a hillside.
* Understanding of the mechanics of load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls.
* Ability to work with wood and composite materials.
* Ability to interpret and apply information from a soils report.
