Conversion of two storey house PDF floor plan to Autocad

Attached are the floor plans in a pdf which I'd like to convert into a DWG format.
The draft comes with full dimensions and details that should be correctly replicated in the DWG format and:
You need to provide the dimensions and degree of angles of the internal walls that are set out in angles as highlighted in purple and red in the PDF.
Calculation of areas
The purple dot lines are for dimensions checking on the upper and lower floor walls alignment that not need to be replicated.
The DWG format plan should be in multiple layers ( 1- Boundary walls 2- other walls 3- doors 4- windows 5- stairs 6- dimensions etc..)
The plans are for construction purpose that drawing has to be clear, precise and free of any garbage lines and mess.
I would go online to answer any query or provide details once the project is awarded and started.
The plan is an absolutely simple 2 level house, 6 bed 3 bath that I would expect to a quick turnover.
