I have worked as a customer service representative (inbound and outbound collection, verification and retention or customer relations) for almost 4 years and has experience being a virtual assistant under Verde Building Solutions (a real estate company).
Some of my numerous experiences are efficiently using MS Excel and other MS Office applications for all data and information tracking handling complaints, displeased customers for collection and retention accounts with Telstra (Australian telecommunications company) and Virgin Media (United Kingdom's telecommunication company), providing the best possible resolution that is beneficial not just for the customer but especially for the business or what we call sound business decision, proper storing of customer information for privacy, sending and responding to the emails of the customers, competent knowledge in MS office particularly in excel and experienced in using Zendesk and Citrix.
