I would like to create a site very similar to this one: [login to view URL]
I have uploaded a tentative layout. I will be making changes to this yet.
This is a site for people to LOOK FOR office space OR to LIST THEIR office space. It must be easy to use and edit.
The site needs to have several areas that are database driven:
An area for clients to sign up to list their property OR advertise on the site.
An area for our staff to add new articles and moving tips.
When a viewer chooses a city to search, we would like the ads on the page to change to ads for that city IF THERE ARE ANY.
We would prefer if we could also collect payment through the site using PayPal.
I am able to create the graphics and all the static pages, but need the programming done for the database and asp part of the site.
We HAVE a template, currently uploaded to [login to view URL], but it is NOT user friendly, and very difficult for me to edit. If you are familiar with TPL files, it may be easier for you to modify this site, instead of creating a new one. A demo of this template can be seen at [login to view URL]
Please advise. Also, let me know a realistic budget.
