Changes to a legacy ASP website

An old website requires an update to get in line with its payment gateway system (i.e. Cybersource). The website was developed in 1999-2000 and was created using ASP (legacy one), ever since there has been very changes to the website and still there isn't much to be changed on the website except for the payment gateway specific changes only. Our site is hightechredneck.com. We'd like to get a bid on doing the work to integrate the new cybersource requirements into the existing htr code (with updates to existing code on the htr side for the enablement) to see what that is going to take. No real upgrades at this point....just work to keep the sites credit card processing going after the end of September deadline.
