ASP/PHP based automated systems

Tenders are invited for any or all of the following ASP or PHP based automated systems either as standalone units or (ideally) complete integrated system. Each unit should be priced individually and where optional features are specified additional individual prices should be listed on a price per feature basis. Additionally, URLs of working demos must be included, with username & password where required. Prices should be 'one-off' for unrestricted use of code supplied, including waiver of any copyright or IPR. Any tenders based on licensing, residual or other ongoing payment, or specifying restrictions on the use of supplied code will be discounted. The deadline for completed tenders is 1pm (BST) Thursday 4th July. Only successful bidders will be contacted. Required systems: 1. Generic article publishing system, including: * ability to incorporate secure browser-based login, multiple administrators, email notification to super admin and super admin approval/editing. * base level admin submit/edit/delete page, including multiple entry fields (eg title, description, contact email, contact phone, date etc) * super admin approve/edit/delete page, including fields as above * non-secured dynamic page to list articles 2. User registration/mailing list management system, including: * secure browser-based login. * facility to generate multiple mailing lists based on areas of interest specified by users at registration. * form page enabling mail to be sent to individual users, single or multiple mailing lists, or all users. (ie paste the mail text into a form field, select mailing lists and send) * ability to view list of all registered users, including areas of interest and date of registration. Optional features * secure user area, including: * username and password system to allow access to member area, including secure login. * Individual member profile page with ability to update personal information, plus email notification of changes to admin. * password retrieval via email system at member login (lost your password? click here) * member ability to select personalised site view. 3. File upload system, including: * ability to incorporate secure browser-based login, multiple administrators, email notification to super admin and super admin approval/editing. * upload form page including fields for document title, upload date, document description. * dynamic page to list currently uploaded docs, with title, description & date, plus (super) admin ability to limit the number of documents listed. * ability to search archive of uploaded documents (based on title, date or description field) plus appropriate search results page. 4. Search facility, including: * ability to search main site and specified remote sites. 5. Generic page editing system, including: * ability to incorporate secure browser-based login, multiple administrators. * ability to edit flat text files (html pages) * ability to specify editable area(s) within page to be edited * ability to edit and format text (minimum head, subhead, body, italic, bold), edit page title and meta tags, insert/remove links and image tags as necessary. * wysiwyg editing for ie5+ on pc (mshtml), plus source view/edit. Optional features * email notification of changes * ability to create backups of files prior to editing. * ability to dynamically detect pages and directories present in site and to ignore specified directories.
