WEB Helpdesk integration with IPAD

What I need or require I. WEB Baded Helpdek system: a. Correct problems on our actual web helpdesk ticket center that is based on [login to view URL] and we have already do custom programming. b. Re-design couple of pages. c. Add a automatic report that sends via email the jobs done for each technician every 2 hour. II. IPAD sign module for the Helpdesk: a. Online and offline module of the HELPDESK on the IPAD. This module needs to sync only the tickets for the technician that is login to the module on the IPAD in order to fill the ticket in offline mode were is no internet access and take the sign of the customer and the technician. b. The sync needs to be trigger manually and automatically every 15 minutes. c. The job completed needs to be send via email with all the info of the ticket plus the sign of the customer and the technician on PDF format to the client email and the admins the office. d. The Job completed is automatically erased from the IPAD every 5 days. What I already have versus what the provider will deliver: 1. Helpdesk ticket center 2. 1 IPAD Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: 1. The database is on access. Specific expertise/background that I am seeking: 1. ASP 2. MS Access 3. Html 4. Email 5. IPAD programming 6. PDF 7. Sign capture on IPAD Timeframe for delivery: 4 weeks ------------------------------------------ We also need to know the per hour cost in case of adding more things to the project.. ------------------------------------------ * Ipad App with GPS and Google Map functionality. * We need the sourcode and the end of the project. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform ASP, ASP.NET, Web Services, iPad
