API for Windows to interact with a board via USB

We require an API for Windows to be developed in ASP.NET, to interact with a propietary board that connects to a computer via USB. The communication with the board will be accomplised through AT commands. Some of required functionalities 2 types of commands, - Functional - related to the operation of inputs and outputs - Informative - Help List of the commands and the firmware version. Command Format AT + f n e <CR> <LF> All commands must first terminate by carriage return <CR> (0x0D) (/ r), optionally new line <LF> (0x0A) (/ n) can be included next INPUTS This board has 4 fixed inputs (1 @ 4) and an AUXILIARY (A) that is shared with an output according to the position of a JUMPER. If nothing is connected to that entry, read 1 OUTPUTS This board have 5 power outputs (1 @ 4) and an AUXILIARY (which is shared with an input according to the position of a JUMPER) with 4A power management.
