3. I will be providing you keywords (plus the heading of the article)....this is your topic, and you need to write about it. Will have to make sure keyword is present at least once in every paragraph
4. I need 1 article per day throughout the month (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT)
5. I need these articles submitted to me daily via email, using word document by 9pm EST
6. I DON'T CARE WHICH PART OF THE WORLD YOU ARE FROM AS LONG AS YOU ARE A GOOD WRITER WHO CAN WRITE ENGLISH CORRECTLY WITHOUT GRAMMATICAL ERRORS. I don't have time to edit and hence I need a perfect article which I can copy and paste to my blog.
7. NO PLAGIARISM - i am okay with you getting ideas from other places on the web (BUT DEFINITELY NOT ARTICLES FROM PLACES LIKE EZINEARTICLES and the like), BUT you will have to re-word everything at least 80% of your article should be original .......i have a software to scan for plagiarism, so please do not waste time
8. You will have to do a test article prior hiring (if you have your own website or blog this can be waived BUT I WILL NEED PROOF THAT IT IS YOUR WEBSITE), i will give you a topic to write about
9. Failure to meet any of these requirements will mean this job is not for you. For those who can meet, there is ton of content needed, understand you will have this job for a long time

I have read your list of strict requirements and I can confirm that I have no problem with any of them. I write for over 30 clients on a weekly basis and my work is always 100% genuine. Because much of my work is articles and especially blogs, I am well aware of the best practices for SEO. However you seem more concerned about using keywords quite often in the articles and make no mention of hyperlinks, images or hypertext which are a critical part of Google's latest Panda update.
You will see from my feedback that I provide work of excellent quality and that with top level US and UK passed for English, my standards are extremely high. In addition you will see from my near-perfect completion rate that I do not let clients down - if I agree to provide one article per day then I will. However you state that you require the article emailed to you which is against Freelancer policy as we are not allowed to exchange email details. Each article will be uploaded to the project page on a daily basis.
Please note that my bid is for each article - it is the same rate I charge all my clients. I am aware how severely Google now penalises poor English and poor quality work and so are my clients who are prepared to pay for top quality work. As a consequence the fee for all 30 articles would be $4,500.00
