We run a fact page on Facebook with more than 7 million followers worldwide, [login to view URL] We post facts, which are generally 20-30 words each on average, you can take a look at our blog for reference: [login to view URL] We have thousands of facts there. We are looking for very creative and passionate writers who could research and write such facts for us, Please keep in mind this is not just a writing job, it requires good researching skills as well. Our Requirements: 1. He/she needs to be really good with research. Should be familiar with websites like: reddit, stumbleupon, imgur, pinterest and Quora. 2. The most important one, you need to be perfect with your writing, we simply can’t afford any grammar, spelling or technical mistakes as they are small piece of fact and they need to be perfect in all aspects. You will have to triple check everything before submitting these facts to us. 3. We require 8 facts a day, but we are open for more, but all the facts need to be exclusive and unpublished anywhere on any other websites. Don't worry, Initially we will guide you finding facts. Hiring procedure: As we want to judge your writing and researching skills, we want you to write a sample article for us, it should contain at least 1000 words. The topic is: “10 Amazing Facts About The Countries You've Probably Never Heard Of” Please stick with the topic, the list should contain facts about "less-known countries" and they should sound "amazing", for example here’s a fact: “Liechtenstein is only 62 square miles with a GDP of about $3 billion.” Here is the format of the list we want you to follow, please check this image link: [login to view URL] 1. List title, which we have already mentioned above. 2. Introduction of the list, 50-60 words introduction required. 3. Please Note: we are not going to publish this list, it’s just to test your writing and researching skills, which is really important for this job. How to write a good fact? Please read these instructions carefully: 1. Facts must be verifiable source. Please link directly to a reliable source that supports every claim in your fact. Images alone do not count as valid references. Videos are fine so long as they come from reputable sources (e.g. BBC, Discovery, etc). 2. No personal opinions, anecdotes or subjective statements (e.g “TIL xyz is a great movie”). 3. No misleading claims. Posts that omit essential information, or present unrelated facts in a way that suggest a connection will not be accepted. 4. Make them descriptive, concise and specific.
